I like the second one better. The tentacles look so refreshingly different.

The styles are interesting, but somehow they look incomplete to me. Maybe what are lacking are the titles of the books and a nice border each?

Did you use the same texture layer for both of the pictures? I recommend not to do so.

I like them. They leave a lot to the viewers imagination; exactly like a written story does.

Nice textures on the horse. It's like a very old statue isn't it?

Beautiful, mysterious and strange. I knew Mr. Zelazny the last few years of his life. I couldn't say for sure, but I think he'd like them.

    Thank's everyone
Technique - it's only pencil drawing, and lots of layers in Photoshop. I wanted both of them looking similiar, because the second one is a sequel to the first one. That's why the same layers and textures are used, and the similiar colour mood...

JEROMOO: yes, the name of the books and frame is missing, but if it looks a little sketchy, it's allright, I wanted it that way

MEREN: Actually, the horse is described as made from steel or some kind of metal, and with the hero they are something like a legend long time forgotten, now returning...

GILEAD: Oh, thank you very much
