Post up sone life drawings. Looks like you have a somewhat firm grip on prespective, and your folds look close to accurate, specially on the biker guy's pants.
Ok i am starting to be a little mor real if you know what i mean i just draw these out of enjoyment for animated style.
here something i was messing around in gimp
my scanner cannot scan my light pencil drawing (its just cuts them like in half) so ill have to darken them a little before i put them on so here some watercolors
page of sketch book
i can always use crits!
I cant do watercolor worth crap. I really like the bush and the door. Still not many crits to give. Just keep practicing!
haha alrighty thanks. ill start working on some more life pics while continuing to post other pics i have.
hey man. great ideas/concepts. but, as many people that are starting off in drawing, you need to work on your anatomy and "drawing" skills in general. by drawing skills i mean observation and hand-eye coordination skills. you can improve both of these at the same time by drawing from life atleast an hour a day. this will always help your drawings. also, pick up some books about anatomy, as well as sign up for some life/figure drawing courses! keep up the good work.
Ive been drawing for a while and like i said this are just some fun concepts. And i am gonna start drawing more life pics although i have to admit i find these more interesting...Thanks for the comments though.
here another idea for the dragon head.

I like that dragon head. Wish it weren't on paper with lines, though.![]()
Thank you haha yea that is one of the disadvantages about drawing in class.... its hard to carry one of my sketchbooks in class and not get caught drawing. I just kind of added to that thing all day.
Here are a couple o pen drawings i know the jester guys face is a little weird. But that is one of the disadvantages of pen you can't go back and fix stuff very easily. My scanner butchers these detailed pen drawings though.

here some more but man my scanner is craptapulous the shadiing on the little guy is just killed by it but gimme crits.
![]()
coloring practice........cause i really need it.
![]()
well besides the need to improve on your anatomy skills i noticed that you only draw profile and head on views. i would try some 3/4 veiws.
your right thank you
alrighty here a 3/4 view and im gonna keep workin on them
if anyone has a good site for anatomy please post it up thanks!![]()
its not done i dont have time tonight so ill finish this bad boy tomarrow if i have time cause i have a soccer game... but ill post it when im done
ok i was only able to work a little more in the knight cause im pretty tired right now.

read some Loomis at www.fineart.sk or http://www.saveloomis.org/
Ok you guys have me convinced i will post some anatomy drawings sometime today or this evening.
heres some stuff not that great i know but hey...
![]()
Ok its been a few days but i jammed my thumb in a soccer game really bad so i havent been able to draw. Here some eyes.

Some things are good here. You need to draw a lot from real life. Take some simple stuff (glasses, chairs, shoes...) and try to draw it exactly as they is! Draw also big images (50/30 cm).
You need lot to learn about anatomy and perspective. Brush is not good only for words. Use all materials u can find.
I know brush is not only good for words haha i was just a messing around writing with one and it was the first thing to come out. I take it the smiley means you like it??
this guys hips are really messed up i know but i figured id post

The (our left) right hand of the knight is much too small. Maybe you were trying to fit it on the paper?
You have some great drawings here. I would draw some close up faces here, and let people critique them. Your skills are less noticeable in that area.![]()
Here are some pen drawings. I know the pub looksrealy flat and the angle of the florr is messed up but im gonna do some perspective studies.
ok this is for a t shirt contest it is not the whole shirt only the center this is the second time i did they lettering and this is why it is so crappy. I will put the original design on but i ahve to make the words "easier to read".
the pub /\ /\ /\ /\ /\ was greatly rediced in size.....![]()
ahh here the original uncolored copy i think i have it colored somewhere but o well please tell me which lettering you like more i like this one.
![]()
yo yo yo will what up son. these are nice. there is definite improvement which im sure is encouraging. by the way, that calligraphy is really impressive. maybe you should work a little more with lettering; you seem to have a knack for it. I need to practice up on that myself.
that tree looks phat as hellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Moof thanks for the positive feedback i like tha tree too. And yea if i go into an art career it will most likely be graphic design because i really like lettering.
Here all i have been able to get off in that past two days. I have soccer everyday after school and my thumb is still jammed pretty bad. But i will try to keep at it.

Those trees are just sickVery "graphic-designy"
Where are the anatomy studies?
Don't forget to go to the tutorials and photography/reference forums, and you'll find there plenty of stuff to inspire you.
Keep up.
