HELP - year 12 art prac - NEED CRITS/SUGGESTIONS!

heres a referrence photo that i hope to base one of my two year 12 art practicals on. ive done the best i can with the photos that i took (the kids just wont stand still! ARGH!) - check it out and any crits/suggestions would be great.



(the little one in the middle is made up of 3 or 4 different images alone - she hated swinging haha!)

note: hopefully it will be a sketch in graphite, minimal colour, lots of white light, maybe only skin tones, eyes, hair, but white clothes otherwise that blend into the background. large scale, about 1.5 x 1 m, perhaps 2 x 1.5 or something like that will see what i can get my hands on.

Well, the composition is pretty simple. Maybe spice it up a bit by making not so symmetrical. Try a 1/3 composition layout. The background should aid the figures, and not make them look like they are floating in space. Hope this helps.
