SHOW ME YOUR ROOTS (where you began)!!!

This forum I would like to dedicate purely to the beginnings of every artist here. Post something from your "old school," back when you were just getting started. I think it'll help people here get an idea of how to grow and develop as individual artists. I'm running home now to grab some of my old pieces. They'll be up soon! But hurry everyone! SHOW ME YOUR ROOTS!

TRIPODS WOULD KICK ATATs AT-ASSES at anytime -

great idea for a thread - i was gonna start one for getting a picture you did as a kid - then re-working the basic design as best you could now - haha -

heres my stab at what i can only assume is an A.T.A.T.
i seem to have forgotten a leg at the front - check out the
testicle gunner - good job he must have -
this picture kicks ass and is better than attack of the clones could ever hope to be.i was 5 i think?
i have ALL the drawings ive ever done for some reason my dad brought them all round last week by chance.

dont bother C+Cing it - its perfect.

this is odd -I think its a war in a forrest - the figure although a bad scan seems to be a lizard warrior breathing steam and the robot judging by the leg configuration seems to be based on the bosk's walker 'minirigs' starwars toy.
i think its the best one of the three - im in talks with universal studios to sell the film rites to this picture as the new RIDDICK movie - no reply from them yet.

this is a tripod from the most expensive bbc series ever (at the time - it must have cost at least 200 quid to make).
its only fanart and could never be as cool as the show was.
i swear man - when we were driving someplace in the car i could see these fuckin things in the trees (looking back they could have been electricity pylons and i could have been full of shit )

i wanted to find a drawing of a caveman and a woodlouse id done but i think i might have eaten it or put it up a tree as a kid.
    sorry-
this is such a good idea for a thread...........keep it live

heres martin bowers site - he made all the best models for everything ever - people should build a 5000 feet high statue of this man attop everest as a thankyou for inspiring people like me to follow art and CA stuff.........
