    wireless internet problem

    well i've been on a wireless internet for the past few months and today i cant get on it with my computer. it says i have a low strenghted connection (ive had that before) nothing works. no AIM, Mirc, websites but i was able to get a windows xp update. its weird. anyonw else getting a simular problem? any ideas how to fix it?

    If you're on a Mac based Airport system, you can actually try to manipulate the attenae on the sending unit to achieve a stronger signal strength. Are you also trying to broadcast your signal through plaster walls? Drywall? Multiple floors or what??

    in on a pc and its about 100 ft or so from the router to my comp. it has to go thro 1 wall. i might just try reinstalling the wireless program on my comp cus i had a simular promblem a few months ago. it weird cus its ran fine for the past 4-5 months and this mornin i could get on.

    i reintstalled my routers spftware into my comp. its saying i have the signal strenght of 87% but it says i have an invalid ip address. how is that possible? i didnt dl anything or do anything so why should it change like that? any suggestions on how to fix it?
