Feel the.
So your creatures are really good IMO and you are getting more and more your own style (brasshorse incident...). But you could work on your anatomy and such on your figures I guess, and your faces.
Just trying to be helpful

I really like your last couple batches of sketches. The COW looks great, and those are some cool environments. I like that robot but one thing about him that bugs me are the grey spots in the shadows. The shadows are quite warm, but they're broken up by the cool grey spots and I find the eye tends to be drawn to those areas.
Great stuff all around!
0kelvin
heh thats a good point about the grey spots thnx 0kelvin, n btw thnx everyone fer the comments all roundOn the environment thumbnails 3 and 6 were done last, it kinda shows.
anywayguys heres a wip im working on, im hesatant to call it finished because it still lacks a proper focal point, i gotta mess with the detail or the lighting or somthing, any thoughts?

hrrr. that would look incredible with some harsh gold or green lighting on the figure... something flashy!
I like it!
so err... yea ive been drawing angels, sounds kinda tacky i know but I started reading up on them, check out the apocrypha, un canonised books that didnt make it into the bible, all the coolness about heaven and hell and stuff good inspiration:
heres my arch angel:

dude, YES. I've been into the biblical/theistic stuff recently, too. been drawing angels and demons... and I recently completed Dante's Inferno. Reading the Purgatorio now... heh, it's really inspiring when it comes to concepts.
anyway this is a lil sketch for my think tank thingy, it was the first time i ever did anything kinda id, so be nice, any tips AT ALL inthis field would be nice.
looks kinda squished, like you know what you want but you're trying to show too much of the thing... it feels like you're perspective is changing around a lot. anyways, I like the design.
umm yea sorry for not updating in a long time, im kinda in the middle of my exams along with half the world, but yea, heres some stuff ive been doing, kinda inspired an ongoing story and got me drawing abit more regularly. and some other stuff yea, i have more to post need to do some scanning and such.

spiffy, thanks.
in that case, what's the brush you most enjoy using?
NIce sketchbook dude!
A lot of cool ideas. I really like your greatures and a lot of those sketches are very nice. The skullpainting is really good. And i enjoyed the inviroments a lot! A little more anatomywork woould be good - and im only saying that cause im in that "face" myself, but it all looks pretty nice!
hey thanks for the comments guys ^_____^
Photoshop is only the most recent work, mostly. Theres a bunch of painter up there to.
In PS its the 23 pixel chalk, with shape dynamics turned on, panda. I think its a default brush, if not i can dig it up and upload if ya cant find it.that and a bunch of other random brushes, i mean like the smoke stuff on the shadow producer is just teh normal airbrush tool, with soft edges. Experiment around youl find really neat stuff.
Wee i wanna see more of this little journey, reminds me of little bear and little tiger ^^
tho they walked in circles.. still, they found out that their home was teh real land of dreams!! ... yea..
keep it up :chug:
