New admin: Joshuathejames

One of our favorite helpers, joshuathejames was just upgraded from a moderator to an admin.

He now has the option to delete/edit threads that need "assistance". He also has the option to sticky/destick threads and some other misc options.

If you need help he'll be around just as I am.

lets give him a hand!
