Hey hey folks!
Time has come, post your finished images here. Don't forget to write the subject and who you are competing with.
Good luck

I have one bad news, Dariz didnt have enough time so he gave up wihtout a fight so it seems im a winner here. I was also very close to not finishing cause i am having so many tests and exams at school and that left me very little free time, but i managed and here its is.
It is painted with a mouse, so excuse me the bad coloring.

Here I go with my finished dragon. I have no news from Filip Ilie but I do hope he didn't give up.

Level 1 Gladiator: Andabatae
wow, very nice work Atmospheria ,it reminds me somehow of Ryan Church style.Anyway I like it very much, congratiulations.
meme i like much your work too, nice atmosphere and use of lights .Good job
Avatar , i like the dragon , really good stuff there, like you always do, but i don't like very much the use of the colors. It seems very 2d , no depth and atmosphere , you know what i mean ...![]()
Cgkoko, where are you and your theme?
I'm waiting, and we seem to be out of time now.
If you don't appear with some idea, I'll have to challenge someone else, which doesn't seem to make us progress...
Meme - Cool work brother. I enjoyed a lot!
[DAN] - Thanks man. Yea, Ryan Church is my man.
Graphite - Too late, everything is over. Try Thunderdome 8.
This looks like a failure for us. 24 people attended but there barely 6-7 people showing work. Anyway, it was fun...
Nice works so far
right on time as promised:
Oblio vs Thirdeye - Steampunk Mars Explorer.
It really was a lovely fight. I had very little time for mine and Thirdeye complained just the same.
He went with acrylics and i told him even before seeing his piece that in my eyes he won - i have great respect for traditional approaches.
I couldn't afford to go traditional and i stuck with my very very old wacoms.
here we go:
OBLIO

THIRDEYE

We both complained about not being too steampunk and/or not being too mars explorer like. I think we did fine. I had several versions of it and I'm sure thirdeye did the same. 8)
Lovely fight! Good job everyone. Thanks for putting this up Atmos. See you in SF maybe?![]()

Nice work, all of you guys.
Atmos - thanks for this great idea. If participating in this TD was as much fun for all oyu guys as it was for me than i don't think we should consider it a failure. Your piece rocks btw - love the lava stream idea - makes the thing look very dramatic. Great job.
Oblio - Yes it sure was great fight and fun tooNice work - definitely looks more steampunk than mine. I had a lot of fun designing this one - it didn't come out that good in the end because i had to do it with acrylics but i'm satisfied with it. ]
Maybe we'll try again in couple of months - maybe more people will finish their pics. Maybe this western vs eastern europe td idea isn't that bad. Whatcha think people ?![]()

Thanks thirdeye, yea it was fun. I wish there were more finished pieces here. Anyway, i enjoyed.
I don't think that the western & eastern stuff would work. Look at the easterners, they are all dead. But we can do challenges sometimes. It can be fun...
Congrats on people who actually posted, It's not a failure if some of the people actually committed themselves to finishing up a piece, big props to everyone who did. I still like the idea of West vs East, and it'll eventually happen, just give it some time. Hopefully after the San Fran Worshop alot more people will be pumped up. It's great fun and joy seeing everyone's piece....so keep at it.

Atmospheria – it was a good fight. I really like your work, hope to battle with you again some day.
Oblio – you’re learning very fast.. very nice job.
So goes for the rest of the guys.
Avatar – I have seen Filip Ilie’s artwork. It’s really cool. I don’t know why he didn’t post it.
