Hm, you have this interesting technique that looks like watercolor in some places.
I like how it's going so far. The light in his hand seems to be working pretty well, and is illuminating the pants and arm.
The structure of the legs does not seem well-defined to me. It is hidden by the blobby-ness of the pants. I was also confused by the line going up the side of the legs. I couldn't tell if it was a seam or a shadow.
Check the elbow, too. Seems a little pinched.
I like the flesh tones on the shoulder. Put some of that warmness in the face, too.

your values are way off...and the color can't save it. you've got to establish your lighting first, then color.
