I think the layout so-far is looking nice, I like your bbs skin aswell. I do think you should seriously look into the w3c's standards for html or xhtml if at all possible as your home page is not standards compliant. http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.darkmana.com

Im not an expert when it comes to markup and I know that alot of major sites dont validate but I still think in the long run it would be worth it for you. More and more web browsers are starting to display pages according to the standards set by the w3c; And, well, if you dont plan to make it valid html or xhtml atleast make shure it works with all major browsers, as you dont want a possable client to turn his or her back on you just because he or she cant navagate through your site.
Anyways, it looks good so far, thats my 2 cents ... cheers
