[edit] Her right arm's thumb looks a bit toony to me, kinda big. not a big deal though [/edit]
P.S. did u take that three eyed smiley face from "evolution" movie, or just a coincidence?![]()

Sweet! Nice contraposto of the figure and the soft tones are slick as they tie in with the sketch work. The right hand looks a little chunky/off, but aside from that, I think it's a great character design! The only problem I see is the nipple chain accidentally getting ripped off if that ball and chain cnnects with it!

That's very cool!
I'm not an expert, but something seems... wierd about the right leg (on her right, our left). Kinda like they wouldn't both be the same length if she was standing straight.
Maybe it's just late and I've had too much coffee.![]()
you might be right about that one leg. I might have kicked her hip out too much. Its one of those things were I screwed around with it so long I cant tell anymore.
What do you all think of the lack of contrast? The original has very bold black lines but I toned it down to make it seem more subtle.
it makes her seem more delicate, more womanlike, if that makes any sense. i think it was a good move to tone the lines down.
i didnt read anyone elses posts, so im sorry if youve heard this already, but the end of the sword doesnt look right. the problem is that 'cap' on the end of the sheath. it doesnt follow the perspecive of the rest of the sword, makes it look like its almost twisting.

Don't really have any crits. This is my favorite one you've done so far. Very nicely done!
i agree w/the leg comment. the hand doesn't bother me...looks stylized...so it kinda fits.
this is also one of my favorites from you hawkprey. it just has a really nice, soft feeling to it. keep'em com'n!!!
Hey baby.. How about a little you and me?..
hey the lady is my![]()

Love how you use different greys... nice technique.. I think the leg anatomy is okay.. gives it your own stylization like someone else said...
keep it up..

Really nice piece! You have a really nice style and your use of markers is amazing! I like the light skin tone you have blended into the drawing. The detail is fantastic as well, great job!
amazing, incredible, inspirational.
wow
Great piece hawkprey, that "scrap metal" sword is the coolest. Heh...I'm guessing the three eyed smilie is identification.....
Hawkprey, i love your style!
You are a great artist with an unique style...
Okay, so after nearly everyone did a comment on the legs...i think it's just the position of the knees, that's all, but the pic itself looks awesome, so who cares about this fractional details...
I will say it like this:
If you're drawings were drinks....
...I would do this...
i love the hips on this!
hahhaha thanks for the comments guys
I tweaked her a little bit.
You know I tried something a little different with her in Photoshop. I put a color adjustment layer on top of the whole thing and made it kinda blue. Then I went in and erased some of the mask so that a little of the original grey came through. Kinda liked the effect.
Adjustment layers are your friend...........
Hawkprey.....beautiful work as always. thanks for sharing

wow~~~very sexy !!I like this one~
design for game?
That's an awesome design hawk! Agree with the leg but still looks nice...nice work
Awesome! She can kick my ass anytime!
Great work, love it!
keep it up!
Great work as always, I love your technique markers. I just recently purchased a set of Prismacolor markers with the hope of developing my own style. You should really write out a turorial for noobs like myself.
Very nice! My only problem is with the thumb![]()

whoa baby get out of my dreams and into my car. I really like this pic very cool indeed.
Chingon like Al Capone. awesome drawing, I love the pose. Very natural.:evilbat:
Thanks again guys
As far as how I work.......... Check out Fengs tutorial. I pretty much use the same technique he does when it comes to markers.
I did tweak these in Photoshop quite a bit. When it comes to my process there. I just work on one layer and and start smudging and stuff. Then I apply adjustment layers and gradients until I am happy. Nothing too mysterious
very nice hawkprey, i think you got the feng treatment down pretty well.
very nice pose and it has a great feel to it
