I have a problem with Photoshop displaying grayscale tones with a purple tint. My monitor can display grays just fine, and Photoshop will also show them correctly when in RGB mode, but if I switch the color slider to anything other than RGB or convert an image to grayscale, the purplish tint shows up. Clicking on the color swatch shows that it doesn't go all the way to left side of the scale where the grays are, but stays a little in the purple zone.
I played around with the color manager, and I noticed the the purplish tint will show up in RGB mode as well if I switch the working space for RGB to anything other than my monitor's RGB settings. I think this problem showed up when I recently replaced my old monitor and installed the new one's driver.
Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?
