Darth Vader - quick c&c!

Hi this is for an editioral for SOAK Magazine. I finished it yesterday but wanted some quick critiques before I hand it in on Aug 11.

The caption is going to say "Can you hear me now?"

the 'eye's bother me, the way one looks bigger than the other. Also the way the head is placed is a bit awkward, besides that it is pretty cool.

you might also want to try playing around more with texture in some places, the shadows under the arm seem a bit plain and that draws my eye to them.

The head looks kinda flat and skewed, but I'm assuming that's artistic styling. Pretty cool. On a side note: I hate cell phones.

davi - great! thanks for the c&c. The eyes are different sizes because it was supposed to be one eyebrow down and one eyebrow up. I'll fix it up! and spruce up the shadows a bit too.

It looks great, I think it is ready for print as is. In my opinion the things mentioned before work for the concept not against it!!!

Spacemanchuck - thanks! guess not everyone thinks so...cuz this thread has been moved to the beginners section... lol.

Actually I agree with a bunch of the c&c given. I'll try harder next time I guess and try to get back into the pros section... at least I have some other threads in the pros section...
