    Lightbulb green girl/ color study

I know that I shouldn't go for the detail in the beginning, but i always seem to end up doing that. So this time i concentrated on shapes of light and shadow. I think it came out pretty good. I used a ref, but changed a couple of things.

a lot of shapes that just happened to be arranged in a way that make it seem as though there is a picture of a girl on a chair there.

PLEASE tell me what u think!
not so much about the proportions, or little subtleties like that , but more on color theory and how I could improve; or suggesions.

I tried to limit my color pallete to just four colors: dark green, green, light green and black. The lightest green was made by dodging the lightest parts. So I guess five colors if the lightest color counts?

    C & C welcome

P.S Please offer help if u got it! thanks!

    Iwasink-
Pretty good start. You will improve on anatomy as you go on. Try not to use pure black for your shadows, but rather incorporate the local colors into your shadow. Black used by itself on shadows will kill form and depth. Also, think about reflective light to bring out the form on the body.

    Are you an illustration major?
