Hi,

I am not ignoring this thread, or any of your concerns. Please know that. Everyone who knows me sees me stand up for myself when challenged and I will do so. I must ask for some time as I want input from those who tell me the truth and and I want any information I do not have so I can prepare a thoughtful and much deserved response. If any of you ever get accused of such things, I would hope you too would take time to look for answers, to find out truth, and to work for transparency and I am doing exactly that.

I am not a thief, nor would I, or could I, ever be. I can be short tempered and say things I regret, I often need to listen more before reacting, or even get too focused to see or hear or pay attention to others around me, but my intentions are good and I could not be happy with ill will in my heart. I will stand up to Brad Rigney's rant and must seek input from those I trust once I have rested and had time to gather my thoughts. It is, after all, three in the morning. I have learned to not make decisions when I feel upset, exhausted, or hurt, or any other emotion of the moment that mixes me up. I was up working on CA's new site stuff since yesterday morning and this is too serious of an accusation for me to not take my time to properly sort out truth from the noise with a clear head. None of you owe me anything. I can only imagine the holy terror of a thread this will be in the morning, but I must ask, please, to allow me time to sort through this as I do not have all facts or information. I honestly am still trying to sort it all out myself. This is too serious of a commentary to not do so.

CA. is a good place for all of us, not just me. It is far bigger than me. As I have always said, this place is what it is because of all of you, of what everyone here does, from the pros down to the most beginner of artists. I am not going to let that get ruined over anything. I will meet with those whom guide CA and my companies tomorrow and will update you all as soon as I am able. Thanks for any patience and understanding while I seek answers.

Firstly, Manley's the one that's ruining CA, not Brad. I love CA as much as everyone here, but you'd be blind not to see this.

Secondly..."deal with it"? I'm sure Brad won't exactly be losing sleep over this these days, he's trying to get the word out so others won't HAVE to "deal with it".

Brad has a very good reputation. He wouldn't just make this up. Jason does not have a good reputation, he has allegedly done this to other artists as well.

I don't think anyone has organized a boycott of CA, it's just that many people don't feel comfortable here anymore. No one wants the site to be shut down, they want to see the site under better management.

dude ive been jipped loads of times by pricks but I dont go spastic and put it all over the internet, i just call them every single day, sometimes twice or three times, till they cough up.

@Kend Now some of this is speculation but we must identify the main issue:
It's not simply the action of having the check(s) arrive late or not at all. It is the mens rea behind the action as well. I.e., it was denied to Brad, not simply as a matter of forgetfullness or by way of accident, but denied and pocketed with the intent to shaft an artist (spec) of his contractual rights. And by Brad's own words, he had to threaten with lawsuits to even see any of the checks (if he has seen it)

If withholding money that should have been paid out as stated in a written and signed contract is not "stealing" then sir, please enlighten me on why this issue is 'not that serious'.
