What are a list of jobs available with a fine arts degree?
Well, most employers in creative fields don't really look for fine art degrees and such. They are more interested in your portfolio
and experience.
If you worked hard and went beyond what your professors asked, then you will have a good enough body of work to
start learning professionally somewhere.
A degree from a very prestigious and well known University can look good in your resume though. Of course it always depends
on who's looking.... some might even look down on it.
"Art teaching jobs" is probably where you will need it the most, as schools like to advertise and promote "schooling" in
general. I think they tend to avoid "self tought".

Damn, Elwell beat me to it.
The world needs ditch diggers too.
Hey - don't knock the ditch digging man! I'd still be doing it if it paid better!
Seriously though man...really? How do you feed yourself?
What would Caravaggio do?

Only thing I missed about the construction industry was when I did field work. Stick me in a sewer, a ditch, dirty pipe, don't matter. Head down, getting dirty, exercise and getting paid for it.
Helluva lot easier than the art world thats for sure.
