    trying extreme blocking with this one

    imo you should work on your picturemaking skills if it comes to notan/valuemassing. right now your highest contrast is all over the place... and not at your focus where it should be, exclusively.

    the colors are mostly cold aswell... and rather have that black-eye/hematoma feeling to them.

    keep it simple! and get rid of that white ^^ it shouldnt be there. youre extending your value range to what you got instead of to what should be there.

    yes i see that, the blocking i did is under the top layers this is my first try at this , and I got lost , i must admit, i guess I'll be working longer on this one, one other thing pic is off in contrast ,

    Did a quick look at notan/valuemassing , thanks for that , more to learn , I am self taught so I do need the direction of people like you, I am fast to learn
