Cuts were made because of a few reasons:

Blake-Rottinger-Art: You did not include any WIPs.
taffyjones: Your piece did not follow what a character design is, nor did it not meet the required rules. Please visit the sticky threads and be sure to read the BIG Guide to ChoW.

Eff: You did not post by the time we announced submissions CLOSED. Also, Eff, your design does not show that it is human, as required by the guidelines.
Uncle: You did not post by the time we announced submissions CLOSED.

For those of you who are new to the ChoW, please read up on the rules in the sticky thread on submitting.

Warnings:

first0:You did not follow the labeling requirement, but everyone gets 1 "warning" on this matter. Next time, be sure that you include the ChoW# and your username on the submission.
tsujni: Next time, please separate your final from your WIPs so we can clearly see which is which without spending more than a moment looking at it.

Overall, this was a great week from everyone. I'm really happy to see everyone participating and posting WIPS in the first thread. It is there for you to get feedback so you don't end up making something that doesn't qualify for the poll!

The rules say 10PM GMT. Knowing your time zone is very important.

well..I apreciate all your work..I remeber the deadlines used to be "midnight anywhere"...oh well ^_^

I'm sorry you missed the deadline. The previous deadline USED to be 9pm GMT while Eofn was running ChoW, so we actually have extended it another hour since we started.

I completely understand. Unfortunately, I have to be the bad guy and uphold the rules so that it is fair to everyone. But everyone's stuff is great. And remember guys, its not about the poll, what matters is that you got work completed and that you hopefully learned something!

@Havok: Do you mean it had to have a human head? Or was the description restricting us to just a singular implant, and I just went overboard?

I really need to pay attention to the description more.

When we give a specific race as a rule, we have to be able to clearly identify what it is within your design. A couple people went about half human and half cyborg but we could see that the flesh part of the design was human. Hope that helps for future work.
