I really like the feeling you've gotten from the sky, it's got a great dusk glow kind of thing going on.
You may want to try lowering the horizon so that I feel like I'm more underneath your airships. It also might be nice to break up that really flat part of the horizon with some more detail. Maybe some distant mountains or something like that. Right now it's a little too rigid.
Cant help but feel like the lakes perspective feels a lot lower than the horizon you painted in, maybe try thinning out that horizon shadow slightly. Also the water looks pretty calm, when that happens its a lot more reflective so it should be close to a mirror of the sky (with the reflection the balloon on the right closer to the camera... i think). But i think what could be messing you up the most is the values. Your horizon is very dark and too similar to the foreground value. At that kind of distance it should be a lot lighter cause its a lot further away
