Hey all,
I'm working on a project and I need some help in deleting an area from an object using NURBS.
I'm working in NURBS because when I had created it with poly's it looked shit and I figured NURBS would be smoother.
So, dilemma is:
The outline of the bull was constructed with the CV Curve Tool, I duplicated the outline, moved the copy above the original and then went surfaces > loft to make it "walled".
The shield was made with a NURBS Surface Cube which I subdivided and used the Scale Tool to model into shape.
I'm wanting to cut the bull CV Curve out of the NURBS Surface Cube.
I've looked at the Booleans Difference Tool (Edit NURBS > Booleans > Difference Tool) and also tried to cut it out via NURBS Surface using Projected Curves; neither seemed to work for me.
If anyone has experience in these matters, I'd be very grateful!
Below are two images of the project I'm working on:

EDIT: Finally got it to work! I hadn't closed the CV Curve!
