Nice start, but a couple more values would do.
i can see that there is some kind of a scene going on. and that there is a face coming out of a stone wall?
i feel like the light source should be allot reduced so that it lightens up a smaller radius of the image, you may have a little to much dead space
here are some references to help you

i did a quick overpaint, i am no pro but i feel like this is kinda more how you should approach it

You definitely need weeping angel inspiration for this one
I was just instantly reminded of it.
Judging by the size of tree trunks, the man in this piece should be 3-4x taller than he is. I see this a lot in concept drawings-- where the artist uses a character in the scene as the sole source of scale. The problem with doing this is that trees, rocks, and nature in general has rules of their own as far as how things are constructed at different sizes. Look at some real trees with people next to them and you'll know what I'm talking about. Now, there are some huge trees out there, but they are constructed differently than yours.
It took me like three hours to finish the shading on your upper lip. It's probably the best drawing I've ever done.
My sketchbook (it'll get good near the end)
awesome concept and nice going ..i think its good to get the depth and little object definition in the value painting stage i did some paint over to help u
image 1:trees and mountain face are merging.... the trees are so parallel and they r making the frame for the face ..trees are tangent to the face so they show the face little off
image 2:to show what the tangent object do to your image
image 3:if i convert the colored pic to gray scale the values are getting blend together ..i think its due to the colors u have chosen
image 4:i did some paint over to make the concept look some more interesting...buy making the mouth of the face to open....and i added black value to the mouth to make the energy ball from the character to appear as a single focal point (by using high contrast)
awesome work ....love the concept ..i can feel the scene....![]()
