Few questions about TAD from interested ppl

Hello !
Me and couple of my friends (we are from Poland) are interested in attending to TAD, but we have couple of questions about that:

1. Is there awaible scholarships for part time courses ? Or only for full time?
2. How much cash do i have to save, to pay for tuition untill ill get scholarship ? (or how long will it take untill ill be rewarded? )
3. If ill get an full scholarship will i have to pay for some additional costs ?
4. How good i need to speak in english to take these courses ?
5. What about time barrier ? Are there some complications with that ? How can i solve it ?
6. How good i need to be in drawing/painting to get scholarship? i need previous education ? Is there any portfolio examples ?
