speed painting -need critique

this is a speed painting i did , drawing time is about 2 hours , i used a photo reference , i was practicing in using the texture brushes in photoshop , please tell me what do you think

Her head seems a bit small. The values are pretty flat. I imagine this is a function of duplicating a photo. She's pretty cramped in the frame. Still, a nice result from a two hour exercise.

Her right bicep is too short.

The reason it looks a bit flat is because the image can't capture those slight shift in colors. In the pic the dark area you see as brown and black and highlight you see as peach and white. But what's really going on is that there are oranges, reds, purples, blues involved. Blues, reds, purples in the shadows along with browns and oranges, pinks, yellow, peach in highlight and many more.
