So it's nearly 1 am. I just joined Concept Art and thought "you know what, I should be a smarty pants and actually post some art". I've got a slew of sketches on both PC and mac. I'm a bit of a novice who is only just coming to understand things about Color Theory and the like.

Critique is welcomed and sought after. You will be loved. I'm seeking to improve in any sort of way that I can.

Also. Much of this is most likely going to be fan art. Just a heads up. I've been on an Assassin's Creed roll.

So let's get down to business. I can't upload actual sketchbook images from my irl sketchbook, but I can show you whats rotting in my folders at the moment. Still trying to get the hang of Concept-Art's interface sooooo~

Also typically I use Photoshop CS6. I sketch in random sketchbooks from time to time as well as lined paper. I paint with Acrylics as well. I'll post some of my Acryllic paintings later.

Another thing. I apologize profusely for the huge size variation. Date's range from November of 2012-January 21 2013.

Yay update! This time I'm showcasing a current WIP where I'm drawing a sort of balcony scene. I'm struggling on the perspective but the background so far is looking lovely. Going to perhaps continue on some cloudscaping and other minutae for the time being.





started blocking in the cloudscape and the trees. I'm not sure whether or not I should just saturate the color or what but augh I'll take a break to think on it. Critique is much appreciated.

In the balcony scene, the perspective lines need to meet in one vanishing point at the horizon. First clearly define the horizon line (or eye level) and then it it easier to go from there. Here is a good illustration of the idea.
