A new painting for a new program. This was my first time using PSE. I am not sure what is missing because it is a cheaper program, but I am guessing it is the fixed color wheel. And I am not sure why it was so low res.

What do you think that I could have done if I spent another 3+ hours on it? I personally believe that I could have fixed the lips and gave her more of a body.
