Heh. I like it.
The thing that strikes me first about it is that it can't make up its mind whether to be a painting (i.e. no outlines) or a colored drawing (linework with color). So the foreground and the background has no outlines. The figures have -- particularly the third man in the back.
I'd lean toward painting, if for no other reason than it's really, really hard to do good linework digitally. But maybe that's just me.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).
Why are those two dude wearing winter/autumn jackets and hats when it seems to be a lush summer?

Your storytelling isn't quite convincing me here, for such alert men they seem to be blind an deaf not noticing a monster approaching them from the clear sky. And the environment is iffy, it looks hilly, but you have everyone's heads at exactly the same height. Then you have the really long canvas, but everything interesting is stacked at right.
Here's a little paintover I did where the monster is attacking from a heavily obscured area, so it makes some kind of narrative sense that they didn't spot him already. If I had more time I'd change the guys poses to walking ones too, so the movement would continue out the page and they wouldn't just be standing in the middle of a forest. It would help to decide if the painting is really about the hunters or the monster, and have the main interest against a clear sky, while the other just needs to be an indicated form.
