Quick action sketch, trying to flush out some contrast. Would like to get some feed back on it.

Seems fine for what it is? I would throw it all against a different background myself...the pure white isn't helping.

Yeah, I'm satisfied for what it is but I had seen some images with the stark white background for contrast and wanted to try it out for my self. Here is one with a cooler tone.

Hey I like how you used the brushes on the ground, but it's hard to tell what this pic is showing.

maybe put some volcanoes in the background?
and like what he ^ said, I have no idea what creature those floating rocks are suppose to represent

I wouldn't go as far as to call it a creature so much as it is a floating assortment of rocks "Earth Sprite". The explosion to the left is ment to be an attack, which I wanted to focus on as the action. I didn't want to add a background as it would distact from the scene at hand. I'll mess around with it later so it doesn't get lost in translation.
