Very interesting use of a limited pallette. And I'm really digging the composition.

The only thing specifically I can find to crit is perhaps the knights legs are a little too long...not that you can see it...but it just seems, given the implied pose and relative length of his arm and such, that his foot shouldn't quite be that low. But I may be wrong.

that dragon sure has buggy eyes, but other than that i think it looks kick ass, especially the knight...

Both the characters seem very long-legged. It could be a style thing. The angularity of the cape bothers me a bit. Other than that, it's a beautiful picture. Love the texturing on the front of the dragon's right wing
