    Here's the final colour. Needs some more work, but I'll call it a day.

    @Anthis
    Awesome.

    @onez
    Hey! I just wanted to say, that I liked your scetched wip a lot better than the final coloured one.
    The characters are just so more likable. Small details such as the rounded, drunkard, bubble nose of the commander etc.

    @smuli
    I like the texture work a lot. The smooth clothing and the way you changed the kraken's tentacles.

    @CountBlackula
    Hm. I think this special type of artstyle does only work if combined with a message ore something funny. The image seems to be missing that spark unfortunally...

    Yes, I know what you mean. I don't like the captain's final version face either. I prefer the pencil version. Somehow I lost it in the inking process.
    Too bad

    Thanks for the quick crit. In hindsight, I think that I should have added a bit more carnage or destruction and debris...

    Killer work guys. Amazing range of styles. Anthis got my vote for that amazing story telling ability and beautiful painting. c-rallis and smuli close second.

    Voted smuli. Nice concept. My only comment is that the kraken should be presented in a more elaborate detail.

    Great stuff! Well done guys!

    @Niam. Interesting concept. However there are some anatomy and perspective problems. Lacks of depth.

    @Templar101. Seems a bit hasty. Needs more polishing. Sea is a bit flat.

    @xLouiseax. Kraken looks like a giant octopus. I'm sure you can do better if you let your imagination run free. Not much action.

    @warburton. Nice try. Although the characters are a bit stiff. Lacks of freshness.

    @c-rallis. Needs more polishing. Lacks of depth. Colours are a bit flat.

    @smuli. Nice piece. There are some anatomy problems and the Kraken is a bit confusing. Tentacle looks more like snakeskin

    @Anthis. Nice and clear entry. The drowning man helps to understand the size of the beast. Although it needs more contrast.

    @onez. I liked the penciled WIP more. Colours are a bit flat. Interesting concept.

    @CountBlackula. I bet you can do more than that. That's an interesting approach though. Lacks of depth and perspective and colours are not interesting.

    So, since I can't vote myself ... I'll give my vote to Anthis.
    Don't mean to be picky. Just my 2 cents.
