For the first, third, and fourth animations: They have excellent construction, great timing, and the movements are very fluid. As for the second animation, it's unfinished when compared with the others. By the way, are you a FluidAnims member? As in, your work is reminiscent of these animators:

I'm familiar with them, I don't really watch their work though. Thanks for the feedback though I stayed on Fluid Animations for about... a week haha too many stick figures.

I see where you're coming from on Fluid Anims, though you have to give credit to Travis/Stone for trying to help newbie animators. It would be nice if more FA members did more cartoons with fully-drawn characters. One more thing, I suggest that you search the Newgrounds Audio Portal for music if you're planning on doing a complete short. (I recommend NemesisTheory, xenith800, Elfire, Papkee, AndY J, Waterflame, ToliveAnimations, Dythen, edg3Runn3r, LichLordMusic, TimmyDope, and Kajet to name a few.)

Edit: Here's some more musicians that I forgot to mention:
    -Cheshyre
    -scratchR
    -Box-Killa
    -Xarnor
    -Xenogenocide
    -Dialo
    -Durn

I think you should try drawing a lot more poses! and make the movements big! Imagine the characters being on a stage and the people in the back of the audience need to see clearly what the character is doing! The second one is looks pretty fluid! good job!

Poses and weight distribution should be something to look into. The last one the guy blocks, but I feel he would fall over given weight distribution and pose. Hope this helps
