Really backtracked from schedule changes and stuff, school should be fixing their tablets next week so I can work from there between classes easily.
Made some human studies, I'll be posting them sometime this week in bulk.
NAWWW your stuff is sooo cuutteee
love it!
Star Wars exhibit...personality monster, or whatever.
First project for character design class, I had to design four ninjas after four shapes: square, diamond, triangle and circle.
I was very much inspired by the concept art work for Kung Fu Panda. I want that book so badly....gah.
ooooo!!! I love the character designs in your latest post, I think you really got the idea to shine through, so cool!!

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. Hate this one, it's just so pointless.
Latest character design assignment.
I'd post some of my studies and WIPS but I don't quite think the attachment function is up and running yet.
I think I did less well on these character designs compared to last week's.
Meh.

Starting off a new daily thinger, this time I'm gonna do a theme a week. This one being Star Wars.
(1hr. 20 minutes)
Worked on this in the mac lab at school, came home and all the colors were incredibly diluted, wtf. Tried to use curves to get some of the details out again. Anyways, it was a quickie so bleh.
(1hr. 5 minutes)
(2hrs. 15 minutes)
I'm kinda scared about this one. I can see the facial details just fine on my monitor, but I'm sure it'll look like CRAP at school. Also, it's my first try at realistic monsters, so it's kinda mehhhhh
I complain about monitors a lot, heh xD
I love it!great colorful work!
So, like an idiot, I go and get backtracked on my homework (corrupted files...blah), and I had no time to do dailies this week. So I went ahead and did them all in one shot (excluding the first one, did that on Friday).
45 Minutes. Hate this one; too formulaic. I've done faces like that before, plain BG. Blah.
I started this one yesterday morning and have been up until now finishing all of them. Couldn't do them consecutively though, got really boring in between.
1hr + ? (I lost track of time)
1hr + 13 Minutes

Quick character designs for short film.
Modified a daily for Matte Painting class. Which I suck at cause I have trouble copying pictures; though we didn't need to copy anything this time around --just make things realistic...which I'm also rather crappy at.
55 Min - 1hr
F'd up again with dailies this week. 3D is consuming my time again.
45 Min
Meh
Working on my final film's character design some more. Had to do poses this week, I think I did poorly on the silhouettes.
If anyone has any suggestions for any of this, I sure would appreciate it :>

A turn around sheet for a house I'm modelling in 3D
EDIT: I have a question: Um, if I'm in school for animation, can I get a job in visual development? I hear a lot of mix results about whether I'd need a degree or just a strong portfolio...
