Hey everyone, here's something I've been working on recently, and I'd like to get your guys' opinions and critique and advice and help and stuff. Thanks in advance

Why are they putting the crown down/holding it in an angle? It's kinda irritating, seeing how the guy's head is straight from the front but the crown is not. Also the hands and the crown don't seem to cast any real shadow to the guy's head, so it's bit hard to figure out where the crown is positioned since now it looks like they're holding it behind him, rather than straight on top of him.

@Tinybird - Yeah, you're totally right, I'm just confused as to where the shadow would be, if the light sources are from the front and back, how would the cast shadow hit the top of his head, or anywhere on the body... Thanks for the crit, I'll try and resolve that issue.

To me, the arms holding the crown look like they're lit more from above-front, especially the pair on the right side since the part of the hand that's toward the viewer is almost totally in shade, and even the guy's nose has a drop shadow from a light that's above him (since he doesn't really look like he's lowering his head either), in the same way as the crown is lit more from the above than directly from the front.
Overall the lighting seems bit inconsistent, especially the way the bright yellow light on the guy's side doesn't affect the clothes or armor.
