Name is Hernan Flores, I'm attending Westwood College for a Bachelor in Game Art.

I'm here mostly to get involve in this great community of artist from around the world, i'll be mostly putting up environment art, due to the fact that what i want to be in.

Hey Hernan - welcome to conceptart! Looks like you got a good start here. My recommendation would be to try to put more "paint" down on the canvas. You can start up with low opacity paint but make sure that you build it up - right now it's looking wispy and translucent. This will happen naturally over time and with more painting. Looks like you have a great imagination!

Matte painting is usually an extension of an existing scene but the one you posted seems to be more of an environment concept but great idea! it'll be better if you work out the detail for a clearer picture

Right on! Some good stuff starting to cook up. What are your main goals right now, are you working towards a specific career concept, matte, illustration? If you keep it up and keep drawing every day you can make astonishing progress with your skills!
