Yeah but I mean more like, to quote Nostalgia Critic while he was talking about the Sally character in the Sonic cartoon, "the face that launched a thousand furries", stuff that happened before the internet (or before those people got to internet). And I do remember one artist telling that she got into inflation fetish because as a kid she liked one specific Donald Duck cartoon in which there was a scene where a giant balloon was filled with water (to paraphrase, the actual scene is hard to explain shortly).
And those cartoon quotes seem to always be in the back of my mind when I see something like, well, like the living clothes things. Like did this person see something in a cartoon or comic? Or was it through the internet? What truly originated the Sneezing?
I blame watching too many TV documentaries for thinking these things too deeply. They corrupted me as a kid and now I have fetish for thinking things too far.

I can't remember who it was, but a professional animator (in reference to furries) said he absolutely hated knowing people out there were fetishizing his work intended for children. I'm not sure if he still does anthropomorphic cartoon work, but it's interesting to hear that some people are getting it from an early age. Or something. I think we need a forum psychiatrist on call.
