Selling Cintiq 21ux 2nd gen

Hello,
I am selling my cintiq DTK-2100. The starting bid is $1600. The buy it now price is $1800. I have hardly used it. I primarily used it as a second monitor. It is a great machine, but I need the money. Thanks for reading.

FYI i bought my DTK brand new for 1700. the prices have been fluctuating alot. if you can get 1800 grats to you. but considering the 21ux is discontinued, i doubt anyone will pay close to full price.

I am in the business for one as well. I saw yours on ebay but why would I pay (bid) $1600 for a discontinued version instead of just paying $400 bucks more and getting a brand new one 22hd. If the price is right I would buy a used DTK-2100.

I agree change the price to 1500 and see if you start getting bites on ebay, I am sure a lot of people don't know the new ones are coming yet. When they do, it'll be darn tough to sell it for more.

the prices on ebay are ALL over the place, saw a first gen go for 1600, multiple instances of the 2nd gen at 2000 - it's a toss up there

I saw a 21ux go for as low $900 with free shipping the 2 weeks ago. Myself, and most other informed consumers (which I hope most would be to drop 1-2 grand), are willing to wait it out until the end of the month to see what happens.

I would think most people on this site knows $1470 isn't a price worth moving on.

Surely places will clearance out old stock a little bit.

the second generation seems to be holding its value pretty good considering how up and down the prices its been selling for. the first generation seems to have hit rock bottom at 800-1000 though. I dont know 1500 is a pretty good price for second generation i think. you wont see them sell for much less.

Yup. The thing is, I think a lot of people would pay the 500 more just to have the 2 year warranty and not have it "used" with the unknown of it's previous owner's habits and the off chance it might die tomorrow. Piece of mind kind of thing when you're spending a grand and a half.

But then, many people would also jump at it! So you never know...
I hope he sells it!

wacom website is selling the 22hd online. havent seen it anywhere else though in stock. just the wacom website. anyone know if this is preorder or actual stock?

well you got 1500 for it. thats not to bad. the auction is interesting as someone ninja it at the last minute. he put in a bid with 2 seconds left on the auction. ive put in bids late before but never with 2 seconds left. thats nuts.
