    24hd no display

Okay, so up until today the cintiq has been great. Been using it 4-8 hours a day with no problems.
Today however, when I came back I noticed the cintiq screen was black but it was on. I restarted the computer. Still the same.
Afterwards I tried reseating all the cables. I opened up the back panels and reseated those/made sure they were plugged in. When I plug in the DVI cable it briefly shows the screen then goes off.
I tried 2 different DVI ports, both the same thing. To be honest I'm freaking out a little. I've done a little research and can't seem to find anything that I haven't tried.
I checked the power light on the power adapter, it's lit and green.
Checked all the cables, and reseated them to be safe. Including the ones under the panels on the back. Popped off the panels on the arms themselves to make sure the cable wasn't damaged somehow.
Tried different ports on my computer.
    Reinstalled the driver.
The buttons seem to work fine on the cintiq (as near as I can tell). The screen will dim on my 2nd monitor when I hit the "i" button and it displays the different zoom/brush size/rotate when I hit those buttons.

Is there anything anyone else can suggest? Everything else I'm finding is saying to speak to my dealer and look into repair/exchange.
This is under a month old and when it stops working abruptly I get more than a little worried. Any ideas people may be able to throw my way would be great.

Do you get a normal operating picture with a different monitor? It could be your vid card crapping out.

I hope you get it figured out, the 24HD is a dream.

    Unhappy

It sounds more like the video card then the cintiq. Is there any way you can test it on another computer like a laptop or something.

I'll see if I can get my hands on another comp. I tried another monitor in the DVI ports I had the cintiq plugged into, and the other monitor works fine.

    ***edit***
Just tried on a laptop, completely different connection (vga) does the exact same thing.

Yeah they're paying for it this time. Apparently 30-60 days after purchase they pay for it. Besides that it's out of pocket. Let's just say if I have to ship it back again I'll be...less than pleased.

Yup, used a different DVI cable, and a different monitor with that same cable, and it worked fine.
