Is there any Hot-key for changing active brush

Is there possible to set keyboard short cut that allows to change the brush I am using?

Sure there is. Go under edit/keyboard Shortcuts
Shortcuts for: Tools
Previous Brush
Next Brush
First Brush
Last Brush

and see what the shortcuts are. You can also change them there.

I have also found out that I can just create an action and select a brush. It works.
