This is really great! It is amazing how much you can portray with so little.

I tried charcoal and black pastel few days ago. Seems like they are too rough for a regular A4 format. Or i just need to practice more with real drawing materials.
And i really love chinese traditional paintings. Watercolors and ink are strongly interesting for me.

Okay, okay. This is definitely interesting, I love how layered the hair looks. Also, those first images - specially the first - are really effective using only a few lines. You don't see much of it around here. I'm definitely curious to see more.

Nice stylised work, first image is really nice.

Is the second image a Crowley reference?

Kyendo, i`m really inspired by tradition chinese and japan paintings. They are so simple, so fluid but still very expressive. There still a long road for me to get that feeling.

Kambei Shimada, no any references. Idea was that we are often looking but not seeing. Maybe triangle is unwanted there.

nice start, your first images, in wich you depict something (a face, etc) with little detail and apply words wich seems to be referent to the very same image are very interesting, it would be nice to see what you develop from that ''style'', but I'm just saying

also painting on post #20 seems interesting too, that is... a mounted medieval knight on a road with cars behind it, with a windmill field as a background, whats up with the knight?? id like to see that finished, keep it up!

Gpozzo, thanks. The colored one image with knight its a reference to famous book character Don Quijote. I really want to finish it but have no time right now.

Humm, to be honest my first thought of the image was Don Quijote de la Mancha, but since you gave it a twist, adding Wind turbines instead of actual windmills, and cars, i doubted it was some kind of tribute to the book, it is, anyways a very nice twist, as i said it looks interesting
