Well CA.org... I've been lurking these forums I don't remember for how many years, so it's not without a bit of shame that now I post some of my doodles here.
I'll try to keep some consistency with it, but if failure is always behind the corner when you draw, more so is that kind of laziness that come with it.

    Hope you like it.

    very nice stuff in here!
I like the pencil drawing and the samuraj looks realy nice.
I just started posting as well after being a creep for years, looking at peoples work instead of participating. Share and don't be lazy! And shame on you! naw, just kidding.

    Thanks NickyBeats!
I've never thought of him as M Bison, it was just a "generic Nazi in uniform" sketch
...mmm, not even sure if the uniform Bison weras is a WW2 German one?
    Thanks anyway!

I love the macabre feel to many of your lines and paintings. The image on post #4 is seriously terrifying and wonderful. Keep up the great work!

Axelga2112 -> Thanks for that and for the subscription! I might start feeling the pressure now

Art Minded -> That's a greater compliment that you might think! I'm not truly interested in the idea of 'beautiful' or 'nice' in visual art. I do like things able to move something inside, and canonical and classic beauty are by far superseded by grotesque or macabre things in my opinion.

Howdy, been eyeballin' your sketchbook for a little while now, figured it was time to drop a proper comment. Really dig your hatching and form accentuation with your pen and ink works, perhaps you could upload at a slightly larger scale so we could better appreciate all the delicate lines?

Really love the WWI era biplane ghoulie drawing as well, would enjoy reading a short comic on the subject with the same style graphics. Have you ever worked on comic sequentials perchance?

Anyway, no real crits, looks like you understand the form of the human figure pretty well, and your traditional rendering skills are heads and toes above what i typically see around here. Hope to see more soon~ Keep it up!

->AustenFM, thanks for the kind words.
Sorry for the linked "hi-res" images that aren't high enough.
To redeem myself I prepared what I baptized as supa-res-franken-thumbs, it's basically a collage of details of things you saw here, just at bigger size.
I also removed the post-added cheating mid-toning and left the pure black signs against white paper, I thought this could give a clearer idea of how messed up the whole thing is

I've never worked on any comic production, I'd lie if I said I wouldn't like it.
To be honest I have something in the drawer that I'm just finishing writing now. Not sure if any editor would ever be interested into something like that anyway...

Enough useless blathering, here's the thing:

Hey amigo, thanks for those closeups, haha. If had known sooner you attached the files from your tumblr i probably would've had the sense to click for a higher resolution :B

Your newest piece is neat as well, good mood to it~ May i ask what your tools are that you use? Do you prefer traditional Nib and ink work to disposable media?

You should tackle some comic sequentials sometime, from the looks of your illustrations alone i bet you've got a great pitch lying in wait.

Keep it up, this book is becoming a quick favorite of mine around here.

    Heya, thanks again.
I guess it's the most boring and typical tools ever:
Faber-Castell F pencils, Pilot Hi-Tec-C pen and paper.
Here where I live at the moment (Sydney) I found it really hard to find good quality paper, so I gave up on that, but when I can I usually rely on Fabriano F4 paper... nothing really compares with it in my experience.
After the scan there's a bit of photoshopping to add grey tones here and there, it's usually a last desperate attempt to fix errors with weights and compositions and as all these kind of last minute tweaks it poorly works.

Truly great artwork going on here. Oh man, I don't know what else to say. Beautiful, loose application of ink, very scratchy, yet very compact overall. This and this - wow.

Nothing but respect from me. 5 stars, and godspeed.

    Sweet stuff indeed.
I'm not a nazi fan in general, but they sure knew how to look good and make an impression.
I wished my country would still have these beautiful uniforms...such a shame. A great design made unuseable.
