Cant access downloads!!

I have purchased numerous videos due to the current sale, but I cant access any of them because the link I was provided simply says processing your request. Every attempt to access the stuff has been useless, and I have not gotten a response about this issue. I notice someone from 5 months ago also didnt get a response. Whats going on here?

In light of the fact that I have yet to receive a response in any way about this, I will be upgrading my dispute through paypal to a claim tomorrow. After this, if I am still not contacted before paypal resolves this issue themselves, I will file a complaint to the BBB detailing the issue and TAD's and CA's lack of any response whatsoever.

Well, I have yet to receive a response from anyone since I upgraded to a claim with Paypal, its great to see that issues are taken care of swiftly by TAD. The customer service is starting to remind me of Fullsail

Okay, apparently there was an even going on, I finally got a response and have been reissued my downloads, which apparently never went through with payloadz. Oh well, thank you very much for fixing this TAD!
