Nice hand studies. I keep going over it every time & can't get enough of it! It really helps to know the skeletal structure of the hand to draw good gestures. I should be posting a few of my studies soon.

That's to get the shape correctly if you need it in a real painting right? In other words it makes you paint faster, as the forms get more familiar. I see how that is important.

Naomi6mastro: yes. Once I'm comfortable with where everything should be I'll move on to gestures and different body types. I will probably draw this out another five times then move on.
