    Critique time!!

    blazingdimensions:
Looking promising. But you should fix your perspective. The vanishing points are too close together, which cause distortion. Frankly, it may not even be necessary to have two-point perspective.
One-point should do just fine when one of the VPs are in the frame.

I recommend Carl Dobsky's DVD series on perspective drawing. They're really cheap too.

If you don't want to spend money, you can check out this: http://www.youtube.com/user/SunnySiu...videos?view=pl (just ignore what he says about the stationary point, because the stationary point depends on how far the viewer stands from the picture plane.)
Or if you don't like video tutorials there are many free e-books etc. on perspective out there.

Anyway, I took liberty to do a paintover for you. I chose to move the right VP so that you don't have to draw the characters all over again in an other perspective.

    Monsieur-Beefy:
It's a dynamic composition and has movement..that's good.
But don't forget where the horizon line is, always keep it in the back of you head. And you could make the darks darker in order to make Pikachu's lightingball pop.
Can't wait to see what you do with it.
