I understand that this is an early block in, but before you move to a more finished level make sure you find proper reference for a school bus and broken glass. Also, if you add more children to the foreground it would be creepier, fill the composition better, and add some layering/complexity.
I know you've spent some time drawing the zombie children, but if you started a new composition with a lower perspective it would be more dramatic.
