It Has Begun! (for real this time)

this as my first ever and I mean ever! post of my art work. to start things off here are characters of my comic. tell me what ya think!

and a peek at a WIP

his name is Inokyo
he, along with his father, has been trapped in the belly of a whale for 13 years. his father dies but Inokyo dosent understand death. he believes this is some sort of trick and that his real father was kidnapped. he makes three brothers out of his "Fathers" bones and with their help escapes the whales stomach. now they search for their Papa.

the coloring isn't great. but i had to post something!
note: those are not the sleeves to his shirt, its a very large collar... there are no sleeves!

So I take it the story is a bit of a darker take on Pinnochio?

Picture looks kinda interesting, but you definitely need to resize it, it's tough to really see it.

sorry! but how do I go about resizing this. I'm retarded when it comes to things like this

Most editing software should have a resize option, but if you don't have any that can, try downloading irfanview from download.com. It's free and it's what I resize all my pics with.
