Are there any printer-scanners out there that are particularly suited for artwork?

Hello.

I need to get a hold of a scanner/printer so that I can print out the stuff I draw, work on it by hand, and then scan it back in, again. It's a bit complicated and silly, really.

So I was wondering if any of you happen to know if there are any printer/scanners out there that are particularly well suited for art, somehow? (I'm assuming I can't just pick any random printer.) Is there a particular scanner/printer that you use, that you'd like to recommend, perhaps?

I use an Epson printer, the Artisan ones are usually better for print work, and scanning is ok. I find just finding a flatbed separately a bit better though and they're not that expensive.
