I really doubt that your teacher asked you TODAY to have 3 interviews by TOMORROW.
So the question is...Why the hell did you wait until the last minute to do this?
I doubt you are going to find too many that are sympathetic enough to help you because of that fact.
Your best bet is to bullshit it and hope your teacher is dumb. And your teacher is probably not dumb, btw.
