New Artist With Need of Help

    Hey guys,
Its been a while since I posted anything. I know I need alot of help and to be honest I don't even know where to start. I have a website with quite a few pages of artwork.

Take a look and let me know what you think. Suggests and direction is definitely needed.

Start with anatomy and light studies maybe? You'll get a bunch of good references out from google image search. These are for studying purposes only. Make a good schedule for example when to study hands, environments, color, perspective etc. Try using www.posemaniacs.com and choose an approximate amount of figure drawings per week - anything from 500 to 1000 would make a great difference and be a huge progress. Now kick some ass and draw for a couple of years like never before!

My first complaint is I have to go through a bazillion links before I see any work, then they're thumbnails.
Have an example of your best work on the front page. That way I might be inclined to click a link to something else.
If I click "portfolio" I want to see a portfolio - not a new list within which I will find a new list.
Don't label stuff "school work" call it independent studies- or personal work. Some if it is stronger than your 'concept art' work and most people's instinct is to start with CA and ignore 'school assignments'.
It's probably more sensible to sort as illustration and design work, and use footnotes to give appropriate ownership information.

In general I suggest creating a sketchbook thread - work on your fundamentals and keep trying to improve.
