Hey Guys, I recently bumped into a strange issue.
When I ever I am digitally painting in the dark values, and start layering brush strokes for blending, the brush strokes start to come out noisy/dissolve looking making it difficult to blend and get smoothing tones.
This only seems to happen in the dark value, as seen in the image below.
As for my current settings.
The layer I am painting is normal, opacity 100 percent, flow, 100 percent. its just a simple round brush. The mode for the brush is normal.
Photoshop CS3
Resolution is 300 pixels/inch
Color Mode RGB 8 bit
Background contents White
Advance
Color profile-Working RGB sRGB IEC61966-2.1
Pixel Aspect ratio- Square pixels.
I did a reset on Photoshop to start off clean with defaults, and the same thing happens.
Any tips/advice would be appreciated thanks.
