Question about posting links.

In another thread of mine i am researching things for my dissertation.

After asking a few things i thought it would be a good idea to post up links to my research findings, possibly helping other people as well as my self.

But im not really sure of the policy on posting links etc, is there a thread which goes through it, or someone want to clear it up for me?

awww not it would be far from spam, just research really into the area of my study that more than likly would help others.

i just didnt want to post up some links for it only to be taken down haha.
