Well I thought that it was about time that I actually get a sketchbook going here, and not just posting in my gallery where my stuff doesn't get seen quite as often as I'd like

. Also, the is more awesomeness besides the work that I provide here in my blog (click the link in my signature).

Critiques are most welcome, as I am always trying to improve, so please feel free to give me some pointers and/or suggestions

Very impressive works, especially the drawings you show on your blog! You really know how to put emotion into your characters.

Nice style! Rlly enjoyable characters with lively expressions... the broccoli and bananas actually brought back childhood memories when i used to draw bananas, apples, oranges, pears, meatballs, sausages and everything eatable and make chracters out of them ^^ i might actually do a remake of some of them someday ^^ anyways keep them coming i will be watching! and do more painted ones!

Hey thanks! And I am currently working on a digital painting request so it might take a few days

. For now, I'm just dropping sketches, but I can't wait until my painting is finished!

Nice sketches! Lots of character in these er... characters! I really like the banana and broccoli, that looks great. I think your shadows on the painted ones are a little heavy handed, especially on that last one, I think they would benefit from being toned down a little.

This is a request for one of my friends. It's her son Austin who's currently mesmerized by a rocking horsefly. (It's something I saw on Alice in Wonderland.) It took a lot of work so I hope you enjoy it

oooo, nice work! Here's what I gotta say

Your digital paintings are nice, but they're too soft. Try using a hard brush for details and finishing touches instead of only an airbrush. I think you could experiment more with color, too.

Love your pencil sketches, though. You have quite a nifty style :'D
